The classic antique style is apparent in this yellow sapphire and brilliant diamond band in 14kt white gold.  This ring has open work in the center where there are over a third of a carat of brilliant diamonds. The outside rails of the ring have almost a half carat of yellow sapphires, defined by milgrain. The shape of the center-of the ring is slightly concave, which makes the yellow sapphires more prominent. In "antique diamond and sapphire rings," this could easily be a wedding band, or a ring to wear on any occasion and any finger.
