When Will My Order Be Shipped?

To help you plan when to expect your order, we will email you the calculated shipping date based on the approximate number of days required to process, package and deliver your order. For all in stock products, the shipping date is as soon 48 hours.

** If you place your order before the cut off time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that same day. The cut off time is 2 PM EST. ** If you place your order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cut off time on a regular business day, your order will be processed the next business day.

Shipping to an Alternate Address

If you will not be home to sign for your order, we can ship to your place of work, or another more convenient location. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, our credit card processor, Authorize.net, will routinely "flag" any sale being shipped to an address not on record with the issuing bank. We will request email or fax copy of your credit card and drivers license, and we will confirm that your credit card company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with the alternate address.
