A yellow sapphire and diamond vintage ring has stretched square shapes, outlined with milgtrain detail. There are circular shapes filled with diamonds on the outsides of the center design, also with milgrain around them The ring, in 14kt white gold, has an openwork appearance, with the stretched squares attached to the ring by gold. This inspired design has a gently tapered back with enough room for sizing. This makes a great gift!
