Vintage diamond and yellow sapphire ring has nearly three quarters of a carat of brilliant round diamonds and six tenths of a carat of yellow sapphires, set in 14kt white gold.  The diamonds are in two bands around the sapphires, surrounded by milgrain detailing. The sapphires are delicately set in square shapes in the center of each side of this ring. Almost like a ribbon tied on the finger, the two sides of the design go past each other and have a slightly off-center appeal.
