This engagement setting is a yellow sapphire and brilliant white diamond ring in 14kt white gold.  The center is a round, one carat yellow sapphire, bezel set, with openwork  floral details in yellow sapphires. Two brilliant diamonds are on either side of the center gem,  as well as on the sides where there is milgrained openwork.
