This is a yellow sapphire and diamond  almond-shaped antique style ring in 14kt white gold, which has an heirloom appearance! There are  four tenths of a carat of brilliant round diamonds, in scallop shapes around the outside, enhanced by milgrain.  Inside the almond shape there are four tenths of round yellow sapphires around a bezel set yellow sapphire which is a quarter of a carat!  Rays of white gold radiate out from the center stone to the sapphires.  This vintage sapphire and diamond ring have an authentic appeal and a reasonable price.
