Two bands of yellow sapphires surround modified "c" shapes of brilliant round diamonds in this 14kt white gold band. Over a third of a carat of diamonds are in the center of this ring, and are bordered by gold and openwork. Nearly a half carat of yellow sapphires provide the two rails, on the top and bottom, of this very affordable antique style diamond and sapphire band.
